First National Bank of Scotia - Saratoga Springs, NY
First National Bank of Scotia wanted to build a new financial facility to replace their existing branch in Saratoga Springs, NY. They contacted an architect but decided to look for a more cost effective alternative for their new bank branch. This led them to North American Modular Buildings to design and build a total turn-key project. North American Modular Buildings designed and built a 3,036 square foot branch with 3 interior tellers, two drive thru lanes, conference room, walk-in vault, over a full basement. A couple of special features in the interior of the bank is the curved teller line with a curved over head fascia design, along with a unique round check writing stand in the lobby. Bob Dieterich, Vice President of First National Bank of Scotia held their grand opening in September of 2009.
